The rules for using Appointics responsibly, and what happens if they're broken.

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out what you may and may not do when using Appointics (the "Service"). It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms & Conditions. By using the Service you agree to this AUP.
You are responsible for how you and anyone using your account uses the Service, including the content you publish on your booking page and the messages you send to your customers. If you use Appointics to take bookings, you must comply with all laws that apply to your business.
You must not use the Service to:
Content you publish must be accurate, must not mislead your customers about your services, prices or availability, and must be appropriate for a general audience. You are solely responsible for your content and for honouring the bookings customers make.
If you enable reminders or notifications (email, WhatsApp or SMS), you are responsible for obtaining the consents required by law before contacting your customers, and for honouring opt-out requests promptly.
We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, or take other action we consider appropriate, with or without notice, to protect the Service and its users or to comply with the law.

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date.
